**1. ELIGIBILITY:** This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Maine who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must possess a valid, state-issued medical cannabis card. Employees of Shaggy’s Baggy and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
**2. SPONSOR:** The giveaway is sponsored by Shaggy’s Baggy, 245 Center St. Auburn, ME 04210.
**3. ENTRY PERIOD:** The giveaway begins on 10/1/2025 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on 10/31/2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
**4. HOW TO ENTER:**

**7. WINNER VERIFICATION:** The potential winner must provide proof of age, residency, and a valid medical marijuana card to be confirmed as the winner. Failure to provide this verification within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
