RULES, TERMS, & CONDITIONS:

1. ELIGIBILITY: This raffle is open only to legal residents of Maine who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Maine Medical Card. Employees of Shaggy’s Baggy and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The raffle begins on April 1, 2026, and ends at the close of business (7PM) on April 20, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

  • In-Store Entry: Receive one (1) raffle ticket for every $40 spent in a single transaction at Shaggy’s Baggy.

  • Daily Limit: Entries are limited to one (1) ticket per patient/customer per day, regardless of total spend above $40.

  • 4/20 Double Entry: On April 20th only, customers receive two (2) raffle tickets for every $40 spent (Limit 2 tickets total for the day).

4. THE PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The prize consists of one (1) ounce (28 grams) of Shaggy’s Value Flower per month for twelve (12) consecutive months (Ending April 2027).

5. REDEMPTION RULES:

  • The Card: The winner will receive a custom 24-stamp punch card. Each stamp represents one half-ounce (14g) of Shaggy’s Value Flower.

  • Monthly Allotment: The winner may redeem a maximum of two (2) stamps per calendar month.

  • Use It or Lose It: Unused stamps do not "roll over" to the following month. If a monthly allotment is not picked up by the last day of the month, those stamps are void.

  • Non-Transferable: The stamp card and reward is tied to the winner's ID. Stamps can only be redeemed by the named winner. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other products or store credit.

6. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be drawn at random immediately after close (7PM) on April 20, 2026. The winner will be notified via the phone number provided on the ticket. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a runner-up will be drawn.
